Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches or high-volume periods, but we work hard to ship your pieces as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

At checkout, you can choose from standard or economy shipping options.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Economy: 5–8 business days

Standard: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship worldwide. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your order is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at contact@jonosky.com and we will assist you with next steps.

Order Tracking
