Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please note that any complimentary or promotional items included with your order must be returned as well to complete your return.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@jonosky.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item you’d like to return

We will provide the return instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may use any carrier you prefer.
We recommend choosing a service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval notification, please contact us.
